Terms of Sale and Use

What you receive

A one-time digital download of six modules: the Main Playbook, the Lane and Resume Guide, the Resume and Application Kit, the Interview and Assessment Kit, the Platform Field Guide, and the Application Command Center workbook. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Files are delivered immediately after payment. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Your licence

You may use these files for your own job applications, indefinitely. You may edit the resume templates freely and submit the results as your own work. You may print and keep them.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the files, upload them to file-sharing or course platforms, or use the material to build a competing product. One licence covers one person.

The fictional examples

Every completed example resume in this product is invented. The names, employers, licence numbers, contact details, dates, and results are not real, and each file says so on its first line.

Submitting that content as your own is fraud. On platforms that verify identity, credentials, and work authorisation it is also the fastest route to permanent removal. The templates exist so you can present your own truthful evidence well.

How you agree to use it

You agree to use only truthful qualifications, experience, and identity in anything you build with this product; never to use confidential, privileged, client, patient, or student material; not to use leaked assessment questions or circulated answer keys; and not to use AI assistance where a platform prohibits it.

Where a lane in this product touches a regulated profession, your own professional and confidentiality obligations continue to apply and override anything written in these materials.

What is not promised

This product does not guarantee acceptance, project availability, hours, payout, or income. Those depend on your skills, eligibility, location, work quality, and platform demand at the time you apply.

It is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
